During the quoting and artwork proofing process, all customers will be provided with an anticipated turnaround time and expected in-hands date. If items are being shipped to your location, you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Custom Imprinted Items
Due to the customized nature of the services we provide and items we sell, there are no refunds or exchanges, with the following exceptions:
- If you receive an item that is a manufacturer’s defect, notify us within 3 business days and we will be glad to replace the item.
- If you receive an item that you do not feel is the correct imprint (as agreed upon during the artwork proofing process), please bring it to our attention within 24 business hours and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
